Since the coaches follow the Board’s guide, philosophy, and the agenda for the league, they are essentially the agents of the Board.
By being an example, the coach can make sure that everyone in the team determines the acceptable behavior patterns both in the losing and in the winning game.
As a coach, you must have an understanding and appreciation of the age group that you are managing. One should respect the decisions of the referee in the soccer tournament. One should make sure that he or she attends all compulsory coaching and safety workshops on soccer coaching without fail.
As a coach, you can influence the players in your leadership but the results are in the hands of the players.
